Thursday, June 11

Arrival + Welcome Dinner

Guests begin arriving throughout the afternoon.
Transport from the airport to the hotel will be provided (if flying on our recommended flight).
(Optional) Welcome dinner in the evening — a relaxed way to meet friends and family before the big day.

Friday, June 12

Wedding Day

Morning: Take it easy! Sleep in, explore the hotel, enjoy a coffee or sauna, or wander around town.
Approx. 1-2pm: Departure to the wedding venue.
Ceremony & Reception begin at 4pm.
Evening: Dinner, dancing, toasts, and plenty of food and laughter. Polish weddings are known for being long and lively, so come ready to celebrate well into the night!
Midnight (approx.): Oczepiny, a fun traditional ritual marking the start of late-night celebrations.

Saturday, June 13

Recover and relax

Morning: Brunch at the hotel.
Late morning / early afternoon: We will stay at a nearby town (Uniejów) for a relaxed day.
Free to explore: thermal spa + pools, castle park, riverside walks, local cafés, or just relax at the hotel.
Afternoon / early evening: Gather for a dinner together - a cosy continuation of the festivities.

Sunday, June 14

Flights home

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transport back to Łódź for the departing flights.
Optional: stay longer and explore Poland if you wish! We too will be staying on in Poland for few more days after the wedding.
